(Recommended Headwear)

The  overwhelming number of players over the past few weeks Norfolk & Goode have experienced the board of Directors have introduced a new dimension to our Wednesday evening sessions. Namely by way of Five-A-Side session to round off the evening, yes it sounds crazy and probably is but its great fun!. Obviously there are some safety issues to address so Rule 1, Play can only commence from the Kneeling position.

we also had a broken racket  so our advise would be if you are kneeling don't attempt to smash the shuttle with full follow through, as when a racket meets with a solid floor it will bend or snap (wont it Justin)!

Although we suffered no injuries nearly all players complained of pains in there knees, So pad up where possible.
